NARS - Skin Deep Palette |Review| EN

Hello everybody!!! Welcome back to the blog... I'm sure that you've already seen all the Spring make up launches and by now you have your wishlist ready BUT I would like your attention for a minute causeeeeeee...... 

Nars launched their newer eyeshadow palette and it has to be your next purchade... Seriously, if you buy one thing this month let it be the Skin Deep Eyshadow Palette... Keep on reading to find out why... 

It comes in the standard Nars packaging - rubber looking like - with gold coppery lettering and it contains a well sized mirror... I just adore how luxurious and sturdy it feels... What I liked the most about the whole promotion campaing for this palette was that the company released a few videos giving ideas of how different skintones can use it... In a nutshell it's a neutral lovers dream leaning slightly warmer than it looks but not soooo so warm... 

Contains a mix of 12 new and existing shades with mattes, metallics and shimmers... The repromotes are Sophia, Bali and Coconut Grove... The upper 4 eyeshadow pans are bigger cause according to the company those are the shades you will be using more for your everyday looks - something we are seeing more and more nowadays - ... 

On to the formula now which is a pretty new one and Nars calls it Pigment Powder Suspension Technology... It allows the eyeshadows to have a smoother, richer, more long wearing and higher pigmentation... 

Starting from the top row: 

♥ Taunt: matte beige 

♥ Sophia: matte soft brown

♥ Whipped: red based matte brown

♥ Undressed: matte light taupe

♥ Bali: matte neutral brown

♥ Icon: shimmering champagne

♥ Basic Instinct: shimmering rose

♥ Coconut Grove: deep matte brown

Last row: 

♥ Centerfold: metallic grey 

♥ Calender Girl: shimmering bronze

♥ Faster Pussycat: red toned copper 

♥ Unbuttoned: shimmering deep brown

Bottom line I really love Skin Deep and I think that it will look good on deeper skintones as well as fair... They are blendable and they stay put for at least for 7 hours...
